In my Demons series I wanted to pick up on those things in life which trouble us and make us human. Each painting represents an inner demon or an aspect of society that I find troubling in some way. Exhibited with my self portrait, Don't Mention The War, hanging in the centre; the narrative is that of self reflection and personification of anxiety. A series I exhibited in my first solo show hosed by DSArts at Viva Cocktail Bar in Dalston.

My mural Demons - A portrait of Frida Kahlo takes the theme one step further buy giving a nod to a woman who's work famously portrayed her personal journey and inner demons. The mural is my tribute to Frida as an inspiring force in my work.
